Michele McGlamory, M.S., BCBA

Michele obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2010. In 2012, she received her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Michele has worked with children 15 months to 18 years. She has provided in-home and in center therapy, consulted with public schools, developed and implemented trainings for staff and parents, and has experience teaching in a school that focused on the education of children with special needs.

A. Hunter Williams, M.S., BCBA

Hunter received a B.S. from the University of Central Florida in 2006 and an M.S. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2010. He is a board certified behavior analyst with over a decade of experience with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in an early intervention program and with adults in residential settings. His experience includes teaching verbal behavior and managing intense problem behavior. He provides training and consultation services for Patrick McGreevy, Ph.D., P.A. and Associates.

Patrick McGreevy, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Patrick McGreevy received B.S. and M.A. degrees in Psychology and Special Education, respectively, from the University of Iowa. He was a special education teacher for eight years, working with children and young adults with moderate-to-severe developmental disabilities. He received the Ph.D. degree in Education from Kansas University under the guidance of Ogden R. Lindsey. He has served on the faculties of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Louisiana State University, the University of Central Florida, and the Florida Institute of Technology. He is the author of Teaching and Learning in Plain English, an introduction to Precision Teaching, and the founder and first editor of the Journal of Precision Teaching and Standard Celeration Charting. He is the author of ten journal articles and a book chapter on teaching verbal behavior. He is the first author of Essential for Living, a functional skills curriculum, assessment, and professional practitioner’s handbook based on B. F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior for children and adults with moderate-to-severe disabilities. For the past 30 years, he has provided consultations for children and adults with developmental disabilities in school districts, residential programs, and hospitals, specializing in the simultaneous management of aggressive and self-injurious behavior and the teaching of communication and language skills to individuals with limited repertoires. He is board certified behavior analyst, has given hundreds of presentations and workshops around the world, and is the recipient of the Ogden R. Lindsey Lifetime Achievement Award of the Standard Celeration Society. He is the President and Director of Consultation and Training Services for Patrick McGreevy, Ph.D., P.A. and Associates.

Troy A. Fry, M.S., BCBA

Troy Fry received his B.A. in Science and Mathematics from North Dakota State University and M.S. degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. For the past 25 years, Troy has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities in public schools, private schools, centers, clinics, home-programs, hospitals, and residential programs in North America as a teacher, behavior analyst, senior clinician, consultant, and clinical director. He is the founder and clinical director of Behavior and Language Consultants in Minneapolis, MN and Chicago, IL, the Associate Director of Training and Consultation Services for Patrick McGreevy, Ph.D., P.A. and Associates, and the second author of Essential for Living.

Eb Blakely, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Elbert Blakely received a Ph.D. in 1988 from Western Michigan in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He has worked in the fields of developmental disabilities, mental health, behavior pharmacology, experimental analysis of behavior, organizational behavior management, and database design. Dr. Blakely has co-authored 25 articles and one book. The articles address research questions in the areas of the experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis, conceptual issues, and behavior pharmacology. Dr. Blakely is an Assistant Professor at Florida Institute of Technology, where he teaches courses in applied behavior analysis, radical behaviorism, and behavior pharmacology. He also provides consultation to organizations and providers who deliver ABA services to children and adults. Finally, Dr. Blakely develops software solutions for outcomes management and data displays using Excel, MS Access, and Power Platform.

 

Lauren Phillips, M.A., BCBA

Lauren attended the University of Central Florida and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2019. She continued her education at Ball State University and graduated in 2021 with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a board certified behavior analyst, she has worked directly with children between the ages of 18 months to 18 years. She has provided services in a variety of settings, such as in home, in center, and in the community as well as providing caregiver and family training. With over 7 years of experience, Lauren has developed and implemented early intervention programs, managed severe problem behaviors, and consulted with schools and other therapies her clients may attend.

 

Jay Cage, B.A., BCaBA

Jay Cage became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at Florida Institute of Technology. She has over 15 years experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. She has supported clients in a variety of settings, including school, in clinic, in-home, summer camp and in the community. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art from the University of Cumbria. She loves teaching and using her creative skills to encourage her students to learn in the natural environment through PLAY.

 

Kyle Blount, B.S., RBT

Kyle Blount earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UCF and is working toward a Master’s degree in ABA. He has 10 years of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities. Kyle has experience with adult clients in group homes and children in clinic, school, and home settings.

 

Nicole Hale, B.S.

Administrative Coordinator

Nicole Hale earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Presently, she is working towards a career in child clinical psychology in UCF’s Clinical Psychology Masters program with an emphasis in research. Nicole has 4 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities (ADHD, ODD, ASD) in school, clinic, and home settings.

 

Shannon Haynes, RBT

Shannon earned her A.D. at Hawaii Pacific University after serving in the military. She is currently working towards a career in Pediatric Physical Therapy and Nutritional Sciences. Shannon has over 10 years of experience working with children in home and community settings.

 

Shea Sanders, RBT

Shea was born and raised in central Florida and is currently attending Seminole State College. She working towards a degree in communication sciences and disorders with the goal of becoming a speech language pathologist. Shea has 5 years of experience working with children professionally in a preschool setting as well as 1 year as an RBT.

 

Katie Britton, B.S., RBT

Katie Britton attended the University of Central Florida and received her B.S. degree in Sport and Exercise Science in 2018. She is currently working towards a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. She has been an RBT since February 2019 and has experience working with children with developmental disabilities in clinic and pool settings. Katie has been an American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor since 2014 and has experience teaching swim lessons and water safety skills to children with developmental disabilities.

 

Alison Britton, RBT

Alison Britton earned her A.S. degree in Health Office Management from Seminole State College and her RBT training from Florida Institute of Technology. She has experience with administrative management ABA clinics, but found her passion working with children with developmental disabilities. She is planning on continuing her education further to continue working with children in the behavioral and occupational fields.

 

Michelle Finley, B.S., RBT

Michelle received her B.S. in Business Marketing at the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse. She has been working with children since 2016, teaching in-person and virtual children's yoga and mindfulness programs in schools, groups, and individually. Michelle believes in living a life filled with gratitude and mindfulness. Michelle focuses on helping her students connect to themselves, gain confidence, learn coping skills, and realize their true potential. 

 

Thaina Laroc Paul, B.S., RBT

Thaina completed her bachelors degree in education and has over six years of experience working with children. She received her RBT certification in 2023 and plans to continue her education in applied psychology.

 

Alyssa Stanley, B.S., RBT

Alyssa acquired her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2023. Presently, she is working toward her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. In the future, she hopes to provide mental health services as a Clinical Psychologist for people of all ages. Alyssa has two years of experience working with children in daycare and tutoring settings as well as prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

 

Florencia Ali, RBT

Florencia is a devoted mother of two and a budding nurse in training. She is pursing her nursing degree at City College and is driven to continue her work in Applied Behavior Analysis as an RBT acquiring valuable and transferable skills for her career. She is passionate about the work she does with her clients as each milestone they achieve fosters personal growth and cultivates a sense of independence in profound ways.

 

Brooke Harrison, RBT

Brooke is a dedicated student currently attending Galen College of Nursing working towards a career in psychiatric nursing. Her passion for mental health care has blossomed in her studies and is further reinforced by her work as an RBT. Informed by her firsthand journey caring for family members with neurodevelopmental disabilities, Brooke possesses a profound understanding of caregiving, which she seamlessly applies to her work with clients.
